Allen M. Perres
Senior Advisor

Mr. Perres brings over 30 years of corporate finance, real estate investment banking and operating experience to Lexington and his distinguished credentials span raising capital and advising clients in merger and acquisitions, private equity placements, complex debt structures, and  commercial real estate financing and operations.  With a seasoned balance of industry and capital fund raising expertise for both emerging growth and enterprise companies, he has a keen understanding of capital markets and corporate banking transactions, and to date, has completed over $1.1 billion in private equity and debt transactions. Beyond a notable reputation in real estate, his broad-based experience in the industrial & manufacturing sectors are instrumental to our firm - and to our clients. Mr. Perres is founder of a sales advisory consultancy and prior to Lexington was CEO of RealCorp, Inc., an integrated, national real estate investment firm, specializing in turnaround properties in residential, industrial, condominium and hospitality; and was co-founder of First Dearborn Mortgage, Inc., an Illinois mortgage brokerage firm.  Mr. Perres is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and earned a BA from the University of Buffalo.

Lawrence K. Hanley

Mr. Hanley has enjoyed a distinguished career as an industrial real estate specialist for over twenty five years and has been affiliated with three of America’s most prominent real estate brokerage and advisory firms including Hiffman Shaffer Associates (as a principal); Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler and Grubb & Ellis Company. Since 1983, he has actively participated in more than 900 industrial real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 Billion.  Mr. Hanley has been an advisor to investment vehicles including various domestic and international funds and partnerships.  His extensive knowledge and network of contacts have been sought by various industrial portfolios, multi-facility industrial parks and he has actively participated in numerous asset redeployments. Among those clients he has represented include: Campbell Soup, Prudential Insurance, Westinghouse, Equitable Insurance, DuPont, Waste Management, Amoco, J.P. Morgan, New York Life, Anixter Bros., Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Cabot Industrial Trust, CenterPoint Properties, Alliance 3PL and First Industrial, among others. Mr. Hanley earned a B.S.I.M. degree from Purdue University and is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIREB).
