Periodically and selectively, our members will consider seasoned investment bankers to join our firm. Our demanding standards require candidates of the highest caliber in professional experience and business ethics. Candidates must have successful experience in investment banking, supported by strong industry networks and transactional experience.
Our selective process is rigorous for a boutique firm. Candidates should be able to document successful turnaround experiences, effective management of restructuring or bankruptcy situations, mergers or acquisitions, institutional capital raises, and/or operational improvement programs that generated noticeable bottom-line results for a customer.
As our firm continues to grow, we continually seek to expand our hiring base of talented professionals through lateral hiring efforts. Lexington is particularly interested in candidates who have an exceptional track record at other investment banking firms, coupled with strong academic backgrounds and analytical abilities who exhibit the communication skills, leadership ability and team-orientation that our Firm and our clients demand.
